No worries if you got the wrong size!
We offer exchanges within 14 days of order receipt for a size exchange of the whole Help' Em Up harness or style exchange for the rear hip lift (conventional or u-band), as well as accessories exchanges.
To proceed with your exchange, please visit our Exchange Center for self-service.
We will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you, but you are responsible for return shipping fees to us for your exchange. You can purchase the return shipping label from us as well.
We understand—dogs have fur, and even the best-behaved pups shed! Here are a few simple tips to help you prepare your items before returning them after exchange:
- Try them on indoors: Be sure to try your dog’s new Help 'Em Up harness on indoors first. Let them wear it around the house to check the fit and style. If you need assistance with adjustments, visit this page of our Help Center or reach out to our team. Once you're sure the fit is right, take it outside!
- Remove dog hair and dirt: Please use a lint roller, masking tape, or a vacuum without roller brushes to remove any dog hair or dirt.
- No need to wash: We appreciate the thought, but there's no need to wash the harness or accessories before sending them back.
