The Help ‘Em Up Harness is a highly specialized therapeutic device. We do not accept returns, but limited exceptions are made for never-worn products in an unopened package within 14 days (10 business days) of order receipt. Please email [email protected] or call +1-720-237-6852 ahead for authorization and instructions to return your product to us. 

A refund for a never-used/unopened product does not include shipping or handling charges. You are responsible for the return shipping fee. Refunds are processed within 2 (two) weeks after we are in receipt of your unopened/never-used product and will be credited back to your original form of payment, less the shipping charge.

Returns of used products are not eligible for a refund and will be returned at the customer’s expense or donated to an animal rescue or shelter. You may also consider donating your harness to your veterinarian or a local shelter to help another dog in need.
